Warren Daughtridge, Founder & President

A U.S. Navy veteran, Warren Daughtridge is an industry executive with over three decades of experience.

He joined the Navy at 17 and quickly rose to Machinist's Mate Second Class on the Aircraft carrier USS Saratoga CV-60.

He then spent 23 years at GOJO Industries, the inventor of PURELL, where he was instrumental in developing the National Accounts and Distribution Corporate Accounts roles. He followed this with 8 years at Misco Products, mastering the power of a customer's brand.

Warren's lifelong passion for solving his customers' problems led him and his wife, Caren, to found The Two Azalea Group, LLC, securing its certification as a Small Business Administration (SBA) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

What's up with the name "The Two Azalea Group?" Those who know me will attest that there is a story behind everything in my life and in my career.

Everything I know comes from those experiences. The Two Azalea story is one that we hope will comfort you. We intentionally named our new company hoping that we might help someone in need while we go about our business serving our suppliers and customers.

The Short Version:

Our name honors the memory of our twin sons, Adam and Alex, and a miraculous sign—two azalea blooms out of season—that reminded us of God's promise never to look away when someone is in need.
